Aplikasi unlocker 1.9.0Terbaru solusi bagi file/folder yang tidak bisa di hapus

baru tadi pagi saya mengalami masalah yang cukup besar dengan pc saya yaitu satu jenis file video yang semacam virus tetapi sebenarnya itu bukan sebuah virus,hanya seperti sedang dibaca oleh sebuah program tetapi tidak finish dan menlemotkan kestabilan pc saya seperti cpu usage menjadi 100% bayangkan hanya dengan 1 file begitu membuat windows gempar dan bahkan tidak dapat di delete muncul pesan  The file is in use by another program or user. tetapi untung saya punya solusinya dengan aplikasi unlocker yuk lihat kegunaannya
